Programme outline

This Digital Media [Visual Communication Design] major of the Bachelor of Creativity combines core courses with specialist Digital Media courses. Subjects in the Digital Media specialisation cover the following topics:

  • typography
  • branding and visual identity
  • information and editorial design
  • illustration
  • motion graphics
  • web design

In addition to specialised topics, the Bachelor of Creativity includes both core courses and the option to enrol in electives.

The first two years of the Bachelor of Creativity (Digital Media) provide a strong base in the principles and elements of design. In the third year, students build on the knowledge they have acquired to create an original body of work.
